Please note:
the following Medscorp terms and conditions MUST be accepted before placing an order or making payment. MedsCorp will only process your order provided you accept these terms and conditions. Even if you do not read the terms and conditions, it is assumed that you have automatically accepted them once your order/payment has been made.  

1. MedsCorp Ltd takes no responsibility for the use of any products you purchase or indeed any information on our website. Medication should only be used under supervision of a physician.
No orders are processed if under age. (18)

2. Any fraudulent use of this website, or payments made using stolen credit cards, will be immediately reported to the authorities. The use of this website will at all times be under these terms and conditions. Please note: if you don´t accept the terms and conditions, don´t use our services. MedsCorp Ltd is a registered company with the legal power to prosecute any abuse of this website. In the event of such abuse, and in order to counter fraud, the user´s personal information will be released. This includes payment details, order information, products requested, IP address, internet service provider and all correspondence between MedsCorp and the customer. 

3. Prices stated in our inventory may change without further notice in accordance with changes in international currency rates and wholesaler (third party) charges. 

4.  Product availability may change without further notice due to any actions of third parties beyond the control of MedsCorp Ltd. 

5. In the event that a shipment does not reach its destination in the stated time frame, the customer agrees to wait a total of 60 working days (12 weeks) from the dispatch date, to allow for any customs notifications to reach the customer. Once this time period has elapsed, MedsCorp will offer reshipment depending on the merits of each case and the details stated in sections 6 and 7 below. Purchases must comply with all applicable laws as well as the terms and conditions of this site. 

6.  If your order is unfortunately lost or confiscated, the loss lies completely with the buyer unless confiscation documentation is presented as stated in our ´Confiscation Guarantee´. The buyer is entitled to full reshipment at no charge.

7.  MedsCorp accept no liability for undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect address being supplied. Similarly, no liability will be accepted for orders damaged either in transit, or relating to other incidents caused by third parties, unless proof can be shown and that the damage has been caused directly or indirectly by MedsCorp. In the event of a claim, all information must be forwarded to Medscorp for investigation. The customer will be offered reshipment at a discounted price if the procedures and terms of this website have been followed, and that proof of any of the details requested above can be supplied.

8. Dispatched orders will be kept on file for 70 working days (14 weeks) from the shipping date. Any complaint must be made before this time period or the order will be considered as having been successfully delivered, and no claim will be accepted. 

9.  In the event of ordering procedures being followed correctly, yet the wrong products being delivered, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided that the incorrect products are returned unused.

10. In the event of products being delivered damaged, reshipment can be carried out according to section 7 above.

11.  Order/payment cancellations or changes to the order after payment has been processed, cannot be accepted. Our service to customers is based on a fast 24 hour turnaround and under this tight time frame, we cannot accept changes.

12. MedsCorp Ltd is under no obligation to know about or inform you of the import requirements in your country.
